Junior Account Manager

Monx are the next generation of global accountants. We are a fast-paced corporate services, accounting and tax advisory firm that is rapidly expanding in Hong Kong, South East Asia and Europe. Our company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Management Intern to join our growing Corporate Team in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Account Manager in his daily tasks, including but not limited to:

• Handle full-suite of incorporation & business support services for clients
• Manage & upkeep excellent client relationship
• Coordinate and complete clients’ requests by working closely with colleagues
• Ensure that clients’ assignment are completed in a timely manner
• Frequent communication with clients via face-to-face meetings, video conference, emails or phone call
• Ad-hoc projects on client management

Successful candidates will acquire a detailed understanding of and practical experience with accounting, tax and corporate advisory services. Monx will provide direct comprehensive training on local regulations and practices.

Requirements

• University Degree (minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor) preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or related fields
• Practical experience or internship in line with the role would be a strong advantage
• Keen to have hands-on experience
• Possess a can-do attitude
• Contribute well as a team player
• Well-mannered and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in basic accounting and taxation concepts is a plus
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other EU language would be an advantage (French, Spanish, Italian and German)
• Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
• Able to handle pressure well
